When the content of HPMC is 0.2%, the decrease in fluidity is very small. , with the continuous increase of the content, the fluidity decreased significantly. Figure 3 shows the change of mortar consistency with the content of HPMC. It can be seen from Figure 3 that the consistency value of mortar decreases gradually with the increase of the content of HPMC, indicating that its fluidity becomes worse, which is consistent with the fluidity test results. The difference is that the mortar The consistency value decreases more and more slowly with the increase of HPMC content, while the decrease of mortar fluidity does not slow down significantly, which may be caused by the different testing principles and methods of consistency and fluidity. Water retention, fluidity and consistency The test results show that HPMC has excellent water retention and thickening effects on mortar, and the low content of HPMC can improve the water retention rate of mortar without greatly reducing its fluidity.
